【摘要】:Thisreportoutlinestheproceduresforcleaningindustrial-processmeasurementandcontrolequipmenttobeusedforoxygenservice,verifyingthiscleanlinessandensuringthatthecleanlinessoftheequipmentwillbemaintaineduptothestagewheretheequipmentisinstalled.Thisreportdoesnotapplytomeasurementandcontrolequipmentforwelding,whichiscoveredbyISO5171.Oxygenserviceisdefinedasequipmentorpartthereofbeingincontactwithoxygen-richgasmixturesandotheroxydizinggases(e.g.laughinggas).Greases,oils,threadlubricants,dirt,water,filings,paints,varnishes,scales,powder,etc.,shallberemovedbecausemanyofthesematerials,inparticularoilsandhydrocarbongreases,canreactviolentlyinthepresenceofoxygenandinitiatefiresorexplosions.Thisreportconsequentlycoversthecleanlinessproceduresforthepreparation,assembling,inspection,protectionduringtransportation,storageandhandlingandinstallationofequipment,accessoriesorreplacementpartsintendedforoxygenservice.NOTE-Manyfactorscaninfluencethereactioninthepresenceofoxygen.Thosemaybe:-ahigheroxygenpressure;-ahighertemperature;-thefactthatoxygenflows,orisonlypresentasastaticpressurewithinequipmentorpartthereof.
