【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcanbeusedtodeterminethegreaseparticlecaptureefficiencyofcomponentsandsystemsusedincommercialkitchenstocapturegreaseeffluentpriortoenteringtheexhaustduct.Theresultscanbeusedtoselectafiltersystembestsuitedtoaparticularapplication.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletofiltercomponentsandsystems.Theperformanceinformationisobtainedforneworcleanfiltersanddoesnotincludetheperformanceofusedorloadedfilters.1.3Thefiltercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Pressuredropasafunctionofairflowthroughthefilter(10.3),and1.3.2Particulatecaptureefficiencybyparticlesize(10.4).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
