【摘要】:ThisCodeappliestoallfuelcellpowersystemsregardlessoftheelectricalpoweroutput,thermaloutput,fuelcelltype,fueltype,orsystemapplication.Fuelcellpowersystemscontainanassemblyofelectrochemicalcells,whichoxidizeafueltogeneratedirectcurrentelectricity.Balance-of-plantsubsystemsmayincludecontrols,thermalanagement,afuelprocessorandapowerconditioner.Somefuelcellpowersystemsmaycontainadditionalpowergeneratingequipmentsuchassteamgenerators,gasturbinegenerators,ormicro-turbinegenerators.Thenetpoweroutputandallthefuelinputtothesystemshallbetakenintoaccountintheperformancetestcalculations.ThisCodeappliestotheperformanceofoverallfuelcellpowersystems.TheCodeaddressescombinedheatandpowersystems,thatis,thegenerationofelectricityandusableheatatspecificthermalconditions.Itdoesnotaddresstheperformanceofspecificsubsystemsnordoesitapplytoenergystoragesystems,suchasregenerativefuelcellsorbatteries.Italsodoesnotaddressemissions,reliability,safetyissues,orendurance.ThisCodecontainsmethodsandproceduresforconductingandreportingfuelcellsystemtesting,includinginstrumentationtobeused,testingtechniques,andmethodsforcalculatingandreportingresults.TheCodedefinesthetestboundaryforfuelandoxidantinput,secondaryenergyinputandnetelectricalandthermalenergyoutput.Attheseboundaries,thisCodeprovidesproceduresformeasuringtemperature,pressure,inputfuelflowandcomposition,electricalpower,andthermaloutput.TheCodeprovidesproceduresfordeterminationofelectricalefficiencyorheatrateandoverallthermaleffectivenessatratedoranyothersteady-statecondition.TheCodealsoprovidesthemethodtocorrectresultsfromthetesttoreferenceconditions.
