【摘要】:ISO/TS17764specifiesmethodsforthequantitativedeterminationofindividualfattyacidsandofthesumofthefattyacids(elutablefattyacids).ThispartofISO/TS17764specifiestheapplicationofgaschromatographywithcapillarycolumnsandflameionizationdetectionforthedeterminationofthequantitativecontentoffattyacidsinafatbymakinguseofthemethylestersofthefattyacidsobtainedinaccordancewiththemethodspecifiedinISO/TS17764-1.ThispartofISO/TS17764isapplicabletotheinvestigationofanimalandvegetablefats,oilsandfattyacidmixturesforincorporationinanimalfeedingstuffsandfatextractsofanimalfeedingstuffsandrawmaterialsforcompoundanimalfeeds,includingfatsandfattyacidmixturescontainingbutyricacid.Thismethodisnotapplicabletopolymerizedfattyacids.
