【摘要】:1.1Ingeneral,thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontrolsforusein,on,orinassociationwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse,includingcontrolsforheating,air-conditioningandsimilarapplications.Theequipmentmayuseelectricity,gas,oil,solidfuel,solarthermalenergy,etc.,oracombinationthereof.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety;totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety;andtothetestingofautomaticelectricalcontroldevicesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthisstandardthewordequipmentmeansapplianceandequipment.!ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoautomaticelectricalcontrolsintendedexclusivelyforindustrialapplicationsunlessexplicitlymentionedintherelevantPart2.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoindividualcontrolsutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemorcontrolswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutputs.Automaticelectricalcontrolsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletothesafetyandoperatingvaluesofrelayswhenusedascontrolsforEN60335appliances.Additionalrequirementsforthesafetyandoperatingvaluesofrelays,whenusedascontrolsinapplianceswithinthescopeofEN60335,arecontainedinAnnexZE.1.1.2Thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontrols,mechanicallyorelectricallyoperated,responsivetoorcontrollingsuchcharacteristicsastemperature,pressure,passageoftime,humidity,light,electrostaticeffects,flow,orliquidlevel,current,voltage,acceleration,orcombinationsthereof.1.1.3Thisstandardappliestostartingrelays,whichareaspecifictypeofautomaticelectricalcontrol,intendedtoswitchthestartingwindingofamotor.Suchcontrolsmaybebuiltinto,orbeseparatefrom,themotor.1.1.4Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithautomaticcontrols.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanautomaticcontrolarecontainedinIEC61058-1.1.2Thisstandardappliestocontrolswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuser,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.1.4Thisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexH.ThisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.
