【摘要】:ThispartofISO3408specifiesthecalculationschemesforstaticanddynamicloadratings,andoperationallife,inordertoobtaincomparablevaluesforthedesignanduseofballscrews.NOTEThecalculationshavebeenbasedprimarilyonpublicationsbyProf.G.LundbergandA.PalmgrenActaPolitechnica,mech.Eng.seriesVol.I,No.3,Stockholm,Sweden.Part7,1947.ThispartofISO3408isapplicableunderthefollowingpreconditions:—elasticdeformationofballandballtrack;—hardnessofballtrackbasicallyexceedsaminimumofHRC58;—conformity/rsandfm>0,5;—thequalityofsteelofwhichtheballscrewismadeisequivalenttothatofballbearingsteelorsimilarsteelalloys;—optimumlubrificationisalwaysprovided.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthegeneralprinciplesofthemeasurementofthemagneticpropertiesofelectricalsheetsandstripsbymeansofasinglesheettesterandgivesthetechnicaldetailsofthemeasurementofspecifictotallossandofmagneticfieldstrength,excitationcurrentandspecificapparentpower.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableatpowerfrequenciesto:a)grainorientedmagneticsheetandstrip:?forthemeasurementbetween1,0Tand1,8Tof:?specifictotalloss;?specificapparentpower;?r.m.s.valueofthemagneticfieldstrength;?forthemeasurementuptopeakvaluesofmagneticfieldstrengthof1000A/mof:?peakvalueofthemagneticpolarization;?peakvalueofthemagneticfieldstrength;b)non-orientedmagneticsheetandstrip:?forthemeasurementbetween0,8Tand1,5Tof:?specifictotalloss;?specificapparentpower;?r.m.s.valueofexcitationcurrent;?forthemeasurementuptopeakvaluesofmagneticfieldstrengthof10000A/mof:?peakvalueofthemagneticpolarization;?peakvalueofthemagneticfieldstrength.Thesinglesheettesterisapplicabletotestspecimensobtainedfromelectricalsheetsandstripsofanyquality.Themagneticcharacteristicsaredeterminedforasinusoidalinducedvoltage,forspecifiedpeakvaluesofmagneticpolarizationandforaspecifiedfrequency.Themeasurementsaremadeatanambienttemperatureof23°C±5°Contestspecimenswhichhavefirstbeendemagnetized.
